Are you looking for something close to campus or an easy commute to work? Your search is over. This Endion neighborhood 2BR rests on the 2nd floor of a 6-unit vintage brick building. Super convenient to campus and bus lines. It's a bit on the smaller side, but the location and price can't be beat.

One large bedroom with a bonus sun room. The 2nd bedroom is smaller but can fit a queen-size bed. Most people in the past had a full-size bed. Works great as an office if you need flex space.

Newer open kitchen layout plus hard surface flooring. The only carpet is in the bedrooms to keep your bare feet toasty in the winter.

We cover all the utilities except internet and lights. To help us offset our big bills, we charge a flat fee of $50/mo. in addition to rent.

We will consider 1 well behaved female cat for an extra fee. The pet fee is $300 at lease signing or $30/mo. pet rent. You decide what works best.

For the fastest response, respond to the e-mail we send you once you complete the guest card. Also, we prefer make three times the rent to qualify or have a solid co-signor. Great rental history and credit as well. Students are welcome with financial aid.
